can be included with a small surcharge depending on quantity.
36-60 pairs is $1.00 and 61-119 pairs is $0.50. 120 or more no
surcharge.
Please allow
at least 8 weeks for delivery. A sample sock or detailed diagram
will be required prior to purchase order.
